China has reported the highest number of coronavirus cases since April. Mainland China has reported 101 new cases in more than three and a half months. Previously there were 69 cases of coronavirus.
Of the new cases reported in the country, 89 were from the far western region of Xinjiang, China's National Health Commission has announced. Mass testing is underway in Xinjiang now.
Likewise, 8 cases were reported in Liaoning and one in Beijing. Mainland China has reported twenty-seven asymptomatic cases lately.
